Refund policy

We hope you enjoyed your purchase and truly appreciate your support! Every order means a lot to us, and we take pride in delivering high-quality products and great service.

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase and only if the order has not yet shipped.

After 24 hours from the time of purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund

Once 24 hours have passed, or once an order has shipped (whichever comes first), all sales are final. LuxVolts does not guarantee refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If it hasn't been 24 hours LuxVolts will give a refund under their restriction and funds will transfer into your account in 1-10 days
Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

AFFILIATE ITEMS
Some products sold on LuxVolts are affiliate items, meaning they are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers, not directly by LuxVolts.
Because LuxVolts does not control fulfillment or handling:
  • Affiliate items are non-refundable
  • Affiliate items are non-returnable
  • Affiliate items cannot be canceled, (even within the 24-hour window)

RETURNS

Returns are only considered if the following applies:
  • The product was damaged
  • The wrong product was sent
If the product was damaged prior to opening the package, or if the wrong item was sent, LuxVolts will give a full refund and a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo evidence.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has shipped, LuxVolts is not responsible for packages lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect or wrong address provided by the customer.
If tracking shows an item as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact your local USPS immediately.
