All orders within the United States ship using via USPS

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 days maximum from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING 

Once an item has been shipped, LuxVolts is not responsible for packages lost in transit or delivered to a wrong or incorrect address provided by the customer.
If tracking information shows the item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS immediately.


AFFILIATE ITEMS
Some items sold on LuxVolts website are affiliate items and Luxvolts holds no inventory these products .
Affiliate items are products that are fulfilled and shipped by other brands, not directly by LuxVolts. LuxVolts does not hold inventory for these products.
Because of this:
  • Affiliate items are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Affiliate items cannot be canceled once an order has been placed

RETURNS
Product returns must meet the following criteria:
  • Product was damaged(2)
  • Wrong product was sent(3)
If the wrong product was sent, or the product was damaged prior to opening the package, LuxVolts will cover refund. 
(clear photos may be needed)
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence when applicable.

REFUNDS
All sales are final after 24 hours
LuxVolts does not guarantee refunds after 24 hours after purchase. This included customer bought the wrong item ,no longer wants the product. if customer uses the wrong adress, Contact us asap Approved cases may result in a replacement only, only at our discretion.
