INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - CRF 50 FRONT FENDER 

• Remove Stock Fender
  • Unscrew the stock Tuttio Soleil 01 fender and keep the original screws (required for secure fitment).
• Position CRF50 Fender
  • Place the CRF50 fender in alignment with the mounting holes.
  • Fender shape may require slight adjustment.
• Wire & Brake Line Adjustment
  • Ensure wiring harness and brake hose pass smoothly above or alongside the fender, never under tension.
  • Zip-tie or clip wires to the fork to keep them away from the tire.
• Final Check
  • Turn handlebars fully left and right: wires should not pull, pinch, or rub.
  • Press down on suspension to confirm brake hose has clearance.

IMPORTANT NOTES 

• This is a universal CRF50-style fender. Minor adjustments (spacing, etc) may be required.

• Always check steering movement and suspension clearance after installation.

• Improper installation may cause steering restriction or wire damage.

• Adult supervision is required — always ensure the fender is secure before a child rides.
